This is the first lesson as a top manager .

TOP MANAGER

This section is in strong connection with all your subdivisions . The higher the abilities , the more you can expand your company . In the first game weeks , you will need to improve your MANAGEMENT , COMMERCE and MARKETING . After your assets grow day by day , start the business in PRODUCTION , LIVESTOCK and RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT . This 6 are the basic abilities , you will need as a entrepreneur in this game . You can start your production or livestock after your assets are higher than ~20-25 million $ . You don't need to be scared , if your work efficiency is low in factories or farms . Slightly it will grow . Opening a restaurant will require a lot of funds , I recommend after ~50 million $ . It is very risky at the beginning. The equipment in the restaurant is very expensive ! If you open a factory , you need to be very careful with the specialization and number of employees . Don't build a useless factory ! We will talk about factories , farms and restaurants in the next episodes .

How can you grow the management ability faster ?
The more offices you have , with maximum efficiency , the faster will the ability evolve . Let's build offices after you create your company . Do the steps from "Virtonomics Episode 2", where i wrote about the office . The ability will grow about 1 level ( or a bit more ) in the first game week . WOW ! Then it will increase slightly but sure . You will have some expenses too . Let's say one office costs per week ( rent + salary ) ~5000$ , depending the country where you open it . Countries from Asia have low rent costs and very low salaries . So the costs per office will lower , ~2500$ . So the expenses will be between 20000$ and 40000$ for all your offices . Do not open offices with more than 10 places . You won't use all the places . The bigger the office , the higher the rent . After many game weeks , when you build factories and farms , you will need more office workers and a change of size will be necessary .
