So , you just started the game . After choosing the server where you're going to play ( mary or lien ) , you need to use your creativity be choosing a company name . Then you are going to :
- create your own company
- continue your uncle's work
I prefer the first one , because we can choose the city , where to establish our headquarters . What you can build in your company :

The office is the brain of the company's activity . After opening an office in a city , you need to hire workers & equipment . Because your TOP MANAGER ( we will talk about this in the next episodes ) abilities are low at the beginning , you need to hire only one worker , with lower qualification => lower salary than the city average . Be careful , the equipment quality must be only a bit higher than the qualification of your worker .
Example : The average quality in the city is 3.56 . The ideal employee ( at this moment ) will need ~15% less qualification than the average . That means ~2.90 and the equipment ~3.10 . The more workers you will have in other departments , the more you will need in the office . An office worker is able to lead ~20 workers . Each worker needs it's own computer . 50 workers will need 50 computers . A lower number of computers than the employees will result a drop of work efficiency.

The work efficiency is a key factor in this game ! It's ideal for your company to be between 90% and 100%. Drop of work efficiency can result from low salaries , equipment wear and tear , very high administrative load and advertising campaigns . The administrative load must be under 100% ! Te less , the better .
Advertising is very important for your progress in the game . Promoting your products in the city / country will increase the income => profit ! You can advertise your products only if you build them ( in factory , farm ... ) .
